Maye is the Patriots' new face under center. Grade: B.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Drake Maye, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The Clark steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Hopper has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
