Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Rams were there to profit. Keionte Scott, the No. 62 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 4, Pick 10. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.

Kelly has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
