The Patriots did not so much draft Dwight McGlothern as overpay for him, 25 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Latham pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
