A passer of the future in Daniels, and a B-, for the Patriots.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. The cost of the Rouse reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
