The Giants' one glaring miss is edge rusher, a need they left exactly as they found it. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The Masses value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They are betting Coogan proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
