Somebody in Round 3, Pick 27 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Vikings sat still while Jadarian Price, the No. 70 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
