The Patriots did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Patriots walked out of the weekend still thin at interior defensive lineman, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.

They will need Rosengarten to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
