A five-star by 247Sports out of Clinton, North Carolina, Williams doubled as a defensive end and a 679-yard rusher in high school, totaling eleven sacks and twelve rushing touchdowns as a senior. He flipped his commitment from Florida to Auburn and was an All-American Bowl selection. He played in ten games as a true freshman in 2024 with six tackles, entered the transfer portal, then decided to return to Auburn.As a sophomore in 2025, Williams recorded sixteen tackles and two sacks across eleven games, flashing the length and get-off that made him a blue-chip recruit even as the snap count, not the talent, capped the production.
