Draft Profile: Bio
Jimarion McCrimon played football, basketball and ran track at Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Florida, earning first-team Orlando Sentinel All-Area honors. He signed with East Carolina in the 2023 class and did not have a star rating from the major services.

McCrimon did not play in 2023, then made seven starts at both tackle spots in 2024. He started 12 of 13 games at left tackle in 2025 and was named first-team All-AAC, allowing three sacks and 17 pressures over the season.

McCrimon transferred to NC State and enrolled in January 2026. He started the first four games at left tackle and was listed as the starter again for the Stanford game in October. He missed the Louisville game on 3 October with an undisclosed injury and returned against Wake Forest. He has allowed two sacks this season, one against Wake Forest and one at Stanford, and has three penalties.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Quick feet for a tackle, which helps him handle speed off the edge
  • First-team All-AAC left tackle at East Carolina in 2025
  • Has started on both sides of the line in college
  • Held up over 82 snaps against Appalachian State
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Gave up sacks against Wake Forest and Stanford
  • Penalties have been an issue, with three flags this season
  • Missed the Louisville game with an undisclosed injury
  • Lacks the power to create push in the run game
  • Class listings differ, so his 2027 draft status needs confirming
Scouting Report: Summary
McCrimon is an athletic left tackle who has made a solid jump from the AAC to the ACC. He has quick feet for a tackle, experience on both sides of the line and was a first-team all-conference pick in 2025.

However, his run blocking lacks power, and he has given up two sacks and drawn three penalties this season. He also missed the Louisville game with an injury.

Overall, McCrimon has the athletic traits to develop. He projects as a priority free agent swing tackle.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
