Scouting Report: Strengths
  • A powerful open-field runner with agility, quickness, and a decent stiff-arm.
  • Knox accelerates quickly and possesses good straight-line speed. He shows solid ball-tracking skills and body control downfield, able to adjust to the off-target throw.
  • He has strong hands and is extremely competitive, and Knox has an innate sense of timing when it comes to elevating and high-pointing balls.
  • He’s lanky and long-armed, but he has the broad-shouldered frame to carry more weight. He was a national high-jump champion in high school, and that athleticism translates to the passing game.
  • He transitions quickly from receiver to runner, and he has enough speed to threaten the seam.
  • Thriving on physicality, he’s a contested-catch specialist with a knack for warding off defenders while the ball is in the air. Knox has strong hands and the ability to wrestle the ball away from defenders.
  • Soft hands. Flashes good to very good tracking and overall body control to make catches outside of his frame.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Knox has constantly ran a limited route tree.
  • Doesn't break many tackles or do enough after contact.
  • He’ll be coming to the NFL from a wide-open spread offense in which Knox ran a limited route tree.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
