At Pickerington Central in Ohio, Biles played receiver, running back and defensive back before settling on defense, totaling 74 tackles and three interceptions as a junior. He signed with Pittsburgh as a three-star.He tied a school record with three blocked punts as a true freshman in 2023, then broke out as a sophomore with 82 tackles, 5.5 sacks and a pick-six. As a junior in 2025 he anchored Pitt's Sharks linebacker group, leading the ACC with seventeen tackles for loss while adding 101 tackles, 4.5 sacks, two interceptions returned for touchdowns and two forced fumbles, earning second-team All-ACC.
He saved his biggest game for last, piling up sixteen tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a scoop-and-score in the bowl against East Carolina, then transferred to Texas as one of the most coveted linebackers in the portal. He arrived in Austin as the No. 2-ranked linebacker available in the cycle.

He posted a staggering fifteen-stop, sixteen-tackle game against East Carolina, intercepted passes in back-to-back weeks against Louisville and Notre Dame, and triggers downhill so fast he beats blockers to the gap. The instincts and the production are special, and they show up against the run and the pass alike.The frame is the unavoidable concern. At 220 pounds he is very light for the position, gives ground against power, and missed ten tackles, a finish issue tied partly to his size. He drew seven penalties, a discipline detail to clean up, and his take-on strength will be tested by climbing NFL linemen. He is a heat-seeking, undersized playmaker whose game has to survive a jump in the size and speed of the blockers.
The wager is on the instincts and the production, an undersized but hyper-productive linebacker who plays faster than his measurables and finds the ball. The frame keeps the grade out of the top tier, but the tackle and takeaway production are hard to ignore.
