Draft Profile: Bio
Ondre Evans was the top-ranked player in Tennessee and No. 99 nationally in his class at Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville. In his last high school season he helped the school to a Division II-2A state championship while catching 21 passes for 379 yards and six touchdowns and adding an interception on defense.Evans signed with Georgia but did not appear in a game in either 2024 or 2025. He redshirted after an injury in his first year, and the Bulldogs' depth in the secondary kept him off the field in his second.
NC State announced Evans as a transfer on 8 January 2026, and reports said he still had several seasons of eligibility. The Wolfpack list him as a junior, yet no game statistics have been recorded for him this fall, so his college career remains a blank page. He enters the 2027 draft cycle with his playing career still waiting to begin.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Ranked as the No. 1 prospect in Tennessee in his class
- Runs well in a straight line for a long outside cornerback
- Two-way standout who helped his team win a state championship
- Several seasons of eligibility remain for him to grow
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Zero recorded college snaps in three seasons at two schools
- An injury slowed him during his first year at Georgia
- No game statistics recorded at NC State this fall
- Scouts have no college tape on which to judge him
- Very likely to stay in school rather than declare in 2027
Scouting Report: Summary
Evans was one of the best recruits in Tennessee, a two-way player with speed and length. He won a state championship in high school and was good enough to sign with Georgia. However, he has no recorded college snaps in three seasons, and NC State has no statistics for him this year. There is simply nothing for NFL teams to evaluate.
Overall, Evans is a developmental prospect whose college career has not started. He projects as a priority free agent in theory, but the logical move is more time in Raleigh.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
