A two-way standout at Shiloh in Snellville, Georgia, Pollock played receiver as well as cornerback, catching eleven passes for 196 yards and four scores while adding two interceptions on defense as a senior before signing with Mississippi State as a four-star.He played eleven games as a true freshman in 2023 with three starts, then started all twelve as a sophomore in 2024, posting 48 tackles and an interception before entering the transfer portal, where Texas Tech landed him as a hidden-gem addition.

Pollock started his first season in Lubbock and broke out with five interceptions and six pass breakups in 2025, tying for the Big 12 lead in picks and earning first-team all-conference, including an interception and six tackles against Utah.
