Thomas spent two mostly special-teams seasons at Arizona before a breakout 2025 at New Mexico, where he caught 56 passes for 560 yards and four touchdowns and earned first-team All-Mountain West, leading all conference tight ends in receiving.He transferred to California for 2026 and landed on the Mackey Award watch list, moving up to the ACC to prove the production travels.
