The road from Columbia, Missouri has been anything but conventional for Monroe Mills. After a devastating knee injury wiped out his entire senior season at Father Tolton Catholic High School, Mills worked his way onto Oklahoma State's roster, playing just 24 snaps across two seasons. His 2022 transfer to Texas Tech saw him immediately lock down the starting right tackle position.Mills started 10 games at right tackle as a redshirt sophomore before shifting to the blind side for his entire 2023 junior campaign, totaling 21 starts and 1,750 offensive snaps for the Red Raiders while posting the team's best offensive line grades.
