Samuel Omosigho from Crandall High School was rated a 4-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 4-star grade by 247 Sports. Following high school, Omosigho opted to join Oklahoma after being heavily recruited.

  • Fluid mover with decent speed and his length allows him to cover effectively downfield
  • He’s also very good in zone coverage, showing a great understanding of routes and the ability to close quickly.
  • Has the fluidity, speed and quick feet to come down and defend slot receivers in man coverage. Omosigho also does a nice job breaking down in space as a tackler after the catch.
  • Has the length and speed to emerge as a starter two or three years down the line.
  • He’s an explosive athlete. His ability to break on the ball and close is phenomenal, and Omosigho has the rare ball skills
  • Shows good instincts when facing the action in zone coverage, and he has solid ball skills.

  • Needs to develop a better understanding of route combinations and better overall vision.
  • Omosigho is very disruptive at all levels of the field, and his versatile experience will be enticing, but a lot of teams will see more tweener traits than versatile ability.
