Draft Profile: Bio
Izaiah Williams finished his prep career with 44 catches for 904 yards and 11 touchdowns at Carrollwood Day in Tampa, a year after an injury wiped out most of his junior campaign. He also made 20 tackles and two interceptions on defense and timed 10.94 seconds over 100 meters, drawing about 30 FBS offers as a four-star prospect. His father, Melvin Williams, was an All-Big 12 defensive end at Kansas State and a fifth-round pick of the Saints in 2003.Williams kept his redshirt at Texas A&M in 2024 while catching two passes. In 2025 he appeared 12 times and caught seven balls for 64 yards, including a 27-yard score in the 31-30 comeback over South Carolina on 15 November.
Williams followed Collin Klein from Texas A&M to Kansas State in January 2026. He has played only 52 snaps across six games this season, catching two passes for 21 yards against Nicholls and Cincinnati.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Exceptional speed, with a 10.94 time in the 100 meters
- Caught a touchdown in the 31-30 comeback win over South Carolina
- Two-way high school player with good hands on contested throws
- Son of a former All-Big 12 defensive end at Kansas State
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Has played just 52 offensive snaps across six games this season
- Two catches for 21 yards since arriving at Kansas State
- Eleven receptions total since arriving at college in 2024
- Slim build that bigger corners could reroute at the line
- Missed most of his junior high school season with an injury
Scouting Report: Summary
Williams is a fast, athletic receiver with NFL bloodlines who followed his coordinator to Kansas State. He brings rare speed and scored a key touchdown against South Carolina in 2025.However, Kansas State has barely used him this season, with 52 snaps and two catches, and he has only 11 career receptions. His frame is slim, and he has yet to earn a defined role.
Overall, Williams is a raw, speedy receiver without a college resume. He projects as a priority free agent in theory but should take more time in Manhattan.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
