Run blocking is where guards earn their draft grade: double teams on the nose, pulls to the edge and climbing to linebackers. The grade scores every running snap. Steve Hutchinson (Michigan) and Mike Iupati (Idaho) were both elite run blockers before they were drafted.
Below, draft-eligible guards are ranked by run blocking grade, with pass blocking grade and overall rating alongside.
