Draft Profile: Bio

He recorded 21 tackles, 3 assists, while adding 8 stops. In coverage Tutt notched up no pass breakups, one interception, and a solid QB rating when targetted of 88.1.
As a sophomore in 2019 he played in 13 games and logged 524 snaps for the Tigers. He made 29 tackles, 5 assists, and had 15 stops. In coverage he totaled 2 pass breakups, 2 interceptions, and QB rating when targetted of 102.4. In addition he forced 6 total pressures, and one sack during the year.

Scouting Report: Strengths
- Has quick feet and excellent change-of-direction ability, capable of mirroring quickness underneath.
- Top-end speed is good and is capable of turning and running in press coverage. Tutt also shows good instincts when sitting back in zone and looking into the backfield.
- A coordinated athlete with good footwork and balance. A heady cover player with above-average · feel and anticipation in space.
- Tracks the ball well and has the natural ball skills for forcing turnovers.
- Very aggressive attacking receiver blocks and tackles like a safety.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Despite his size, he’s not an overly physical tackler. Tutt might have to add some weight at the next level in order to become more physical.
- The majority of the time last season, Tutt was able to physically overwhelm opposing receivers early in the down, a scenario that won’t play out as often against NFL receivers.
- Neither his size nor his straight-line speed would be considered elite
- Susceptible to double moves, though that could be coached out of him. But the problem is that he doesn’t track the ball downfield, and he seems to lack the ball skills to break up plays.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank

For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
