Draft Profile: Bio
Cody Sigler had one college offer coming out of New Hope High School in Alabama, from Division III Huntingdon. He chose instead to walk on at Division II West Alabama, where a concussion and other illnesses led to a medical redshirt in 2022.

Sigler played in 10 games in 2023, then started 11 games in 2024 with six sacks and 12 tackles for loss to earn first-team All-Gulf South honors. He moved up to Arkansas State in 2025, starting 11 games with five sacks and seven tackles for loss, returning a fumble 27 yards for a touchdown against Louisiana and earning second-team All-Sun Belt.

Sigler transferred to Auburn for his final season and has played in every game on the interior. He had six pressures against Vanderbilt, made five stops against Florida and forced a fumble at Tennessee. He has said he plans to enter the 2027 NFL Draft.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Six pressures against Vanderbilt showed his quickness inside
  • Strong run defender, with five stops against Florida
  • Proven producer at three levels, with 11 sacks over 2024 and 2025
  • Made a game-changing play at Tennessee, forcing a fumble
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Pass-rush production has dipped against SEC lines, with one sack this season
  • Missed four tackles this season, one each in four different games
  • Average size for an SEC interior lineman, which limits his anchor
  • Limited experience against Power Four competition before 2026
  • Fifth-year player who will be an older rookie
Scouting Report: Summary
Sigler has taken an unusual path from Division II walk-on to SEC starter, and his tape shows why he kept climbing. He gets off the ball quickly, plays with good leverage against the run and has given Auburn useful pressure, with six against Vanderbilt and a forced fumble at Tennessee.

However, his pass-rush production has dropped against SEC lines, with one sack in eight games, and his size is only average for the position. This is also his first season against Power Four competition, so there is little to go on.

Overall, Sigler is a hard-working, quick interior lineman with production at every level. He projects as a priority free agent who will need special teams effort and a strong pre-draft process to earn a spot.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
