Draft Profile: Bio
A four-star out of Rome, Georgia, and a consensus top-225 national recruit, Green posted 68 tackles, 25 for loss and ten sacks as a junior on a state semifinalist before signing with Clemson over top competition. He flashed early, earning Second-team Freshman All-America honors from The Athletic as a redshirt freshman in 2024 with 17 tackles and 2.5 for loss across 306 snaps.
His 2025 role stayed limited behind a deep front, but the get-off kept flashing. Green recorded two sacks and ten pressures across ten games with eight run stops, posting a three-stop opener against LSU and a late sack against South Carolina. The athletic four-star tools and quickness remain the draw, even as the snap count and production stayed light during his time at Clemson. The plus get-off and quickness flashed in stretches, even though he never earned a full-time, every-down snap count behind a deep Clemson front.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Rare burst for an interior man, winning the gap with first-step quickness
- Sacked the quarterback in the rivalry game at South Carolina
- Length at 76 inches helps him stack and clear single blocks
- Anchored three early stops against LSU in the season opener
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Light at 290 pounds, giving ground when doubled in the run game
- Snap count stayed low, just 291 reps across ten games
- Run-stop total is thin at eight, a penetrator more than an anchor
- Pass-rush wins trail the burst, no counter when the first move stalls
- Tackle production is modest for the role he was asked to play
Scouting Report: Summary
Green is an undersized, twitchy three-technique whose calling card is the first step, a 290-pound interior man with rare get-off who wins his reps by beating blockers to the gap rather than overpowering them. The flashes were there in 2025: a sack in the rivalry game at South Carolina, three early stops against LSU to open the season, and the kind of penetration quickness that creates negative plays when he times the snap. The athletic trait is genuine and it is the reason to keep watching. The frame and the role temper the projection. At 290 pounds he gives ground when guards double him, the snap count stayed under 300 across ten games, and the run-stop total of eight marks him as a penetrator rather than an anchor. His pass-rush production trails the burst because the counter plan is not there when the first move gets absorbed, and the overall tackle production is modest for what he was asked to do. He is a specialist, not a base interior starter.
The pro fit is a sub-package interior rusher who wins on quickness in obvious passing situations and offers a defense some designed penetration. He carries a developmental tag because the body has to hold up and the rush plan has to grow, and his move to a new program for the coming season adds a variable. That is a late-round flier on burst with a clear role to grow into.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
