Scouting Report: Strengths
- Shows a burst to close. Flashes explosive hitting ability and good lateral and downfield pursuit.
- Campbell has good quickness and an excellent understanding of angles, often beating blockers to the spot.
- A bit stiff but makes the clean open-field tackle. Good effort in pursuit.
- He has ability as a blitzer, with the length and flexibility to get around the edge.
- Campbell takes proper angles and shows impressive closing speed. He’s also outstanding in space and is one of the best coverage guys in this class.
- He’s rangy and instinctive when he’s looking into the backfield as a zone defender.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- He’s a grab-and-drag tackler and needs to be covered up by his defensive line in order to move freely against the run; he’s cooked if Campbell runs into blockers at the second level.
- Doesn’t play with a physical edge. Campbell too often wants to run around the edge, and he has trouble disengaging when an offensive lineman can get into his frame.
- He’s not a guy who can be put on the edge every down and be expected to consistently create pressure.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank

For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
