Brady Latham from Jenks High School was rated a 3-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 3-star grade by 247 Sports. Following high school, Latham opted to join Arkansas.In 2019 as a freshman Latham saw action in just 3 games and played a total of 7 snaps for the Razorbacks. He allowed no QB hurries, one QB hit, and no sacks while playing sparingly.
As a sophomore in 2020 he played in 10 games and a total of 630 snaps. He conceded 4 QB hurries, one QB hit, and no sacks while playing at left guard.

Scouting Report: Strengths
- Fires off the snap quickly, and Latham shows the flexibility to get out and seal on reach blocks. He’s at his best, however, in the phone booth.
- Latham is a work in progress with high-end physical traits. He’s extremely light on his feet for a 300-pounder, a natural knee bender who plays with balance and leverage.
- Showing some nastiness to his game, he will sustain blocks through the whistle, thriving when he’s in the phone booth.
- Finds defenders with his hands immediately and gets feet moving to engage and sustain.
- Dips shoulder and moves his feet to get outside leverage when needed. Strong and low coming out of his stance, effective in short-yardage situations.
- He’s a fluid mover in pass protection, with great coordination between his upper and lower body. Latham sets with a wide base, has the requisite core strength and plays with natural balance, capable of sitting back and handling power.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Had issues against quality counter moves, struggling to readjust. That’s something he’ll see frequently against NFL technicians in the pass rush.
- Plays with poor balance, doing too much reaching and lunging when his initial punch is ineffective. Trying to mirror against quickness will be a problem for him.
- Tends to slip off blocks when going against bigger linemen, and Latham too often finishes plays on the ground.
