Ricks is a five-star athlete with rare timed speed and 73-inch length, the kind of boundary cover tools NFL defenses chase, and he broke up eight passes across a full starting season after transferring from Alabama. He carries vertical routes, matches releases off the line, and recovers downfield when beaten. The traits are loud and projectable, and at his age the athletic ceiling keeps him on the radar despite a rough results profile.
