Draft Profile: Bio
Three programs in three seasons mark Isaiah Augustave's college path. The Naples (Fla.) High School product, ranked the No. 13 running back in the 2023 class by 247Sports, signed with Arkansas as a four-star recruit and played all 12 games as a freshman, rushing 35 times for 202 yards and a touchdown.

Augustave moved to Colorado in 2024 and led the Buffaloes in rushing with 384 yards and four touchdowns on 85 carries while adding 11 receptions for 62 yards. A planned 2025 transfer to Virginia dissolved in May over credit-transfer issues, and he committed to South Carolina that June, arriving with three years and two seasons of eligibility left.

With the Gamecocks in 2025, Augustave appeared in three early-season games, logging two carries and an 11-yard reception against Vanderbilt, and preserved a redshirt for his first campaign in Columbia. His career totals stand at 122 carries for 587 yards and five touchdowns.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Led Colorado's backfield with 384 yards as recently as 2024.
  • Good timed speed on a 210-pound frame with three seasons of eligibility paperwork behind him.
  • Redshirt preserved a full year of value from the lost season.
  • Two-program Power Four pedigree keeps the floor above walk-on level.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Two carries for one yard in 2025, plus a fumble; the season was a footnote.
  • Career tape sits near the bottom of the group in every phase.
  • Receiving file is the worst among these backs outright.
  • Has never been more than a temporary lead in any backfield.
  • The 2026 depth chart in Columbia offers no obvious opening.
Scouting Report: Summary
The 2024 season at Colorado, 384 yards as the backfield's leading rusher, remains the only real entry in the ledger: 2025 at South Carolina produced two carries, one yard, a fumble and a redshirt, the kind of season that exists only in eligibility paperwork. The 210-pound frame and good timed speed keep the physical floor entirely respectable, and the two-program Power Four pedigree keeps the file a meaningful notch above walk-on grade.

Everything measurable in the current file argues for patience at the very best. The career tape sits near the bottom of this group in every phase, the receiving file is the worst among these backs outright, no backfield has ever made him more than a temporary lead, and the Columbia depth chart offers no obvious 2026 opening for the volume his evaluation desperately needs.

The redshirt means time is oddly on his side, two seasons to find one featured opportunity somewhere, and 384 Power Four yards at twenty years old is not nothing as a foundation. But projections require evidence, and this file's most recent evidence is a footnote. He is effectively unranked in any meaningful scouting sense below this line of the board: undrafted, developmental, and waiting on his circumstances to change before the evaluation itself ever can.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
