Scouting Report: Strengths
  • He’s quick to react and locate the ball, and Morris-Brash shows enough speed to succeed in backside pursuit. Morris-Brash plays with excellent balance and a strong, flexible core, rarely ending up on the ground.
  • Morris-Brash has an excellent motor and shows the stamina to last deep into the fourth quarter.
  • Fast in a straight line. Excellent wide and .bull rushes when he's first off the snap.
  • Has the pursuit skills to stay in the action. Anticipates the snap. Country strong and very physical; seeks contact.
  • With a powerful lower body and the ability to hold up at the point of attack as a run defender, he is remarkably instinctive.
  • Quick off the snap in the pass rush, he has violent hands and a good feel for working inside counter moves.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Morris-Brash lacks ideal length for an edge rusher, and he’d be on the small side for the interior with a little more room on his frame to add weight
  • He’s often slow to react and locate the ball against the run.
  • He’s a bit of a tweener, too undersized and underpowered at the point of attack to hold up against the run with his hand in the dirt.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
