2028 BEST RUSHING/SCRAMBLING QUARTERBACKS
The rushing and scrambling grade covers designed runs, read-option keepers and the scrambles that happen when a play breaks down. It scores what the quarterback produces with his legs per attempt, not how often he runs. Lamar Jackson (Louisville) and Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M) are the extreme examples; most starters just need to be good enough here to punish a defense that turns its back.
