Brian George from Glades Central High School was rated a 4-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 4-star grade by 247 Sports. Following high school, George opted to join Texas A&M after being heavily recruited.In 2020 as a freshman George saw action in 5 games and played a total of 126 snaps at cornerback for the Aggies. He recorded only 5 tackles, one assist, while adding no stops. In coverage George notched up no pass breakups, one interception, and QB rating when targetted of 58.9.
As a sophomore in 2021 he played in 4 games and logged 169 snaps for the Aggies. He made 10 tackles, 3 assists, and had 4 stops. In coverage he totaled no pass breakups, no interceptions, and QB rating when targetted of 63.9.

Scouting Report: Strengths
- Tracks the ball well downfield and has the innate feel for high-point passes. He’s willing to come up and fill against the run and seems to take pride in delivering violent hits in run support.
- He’s tall-framed with long arms to match. With his powerful hands, straight-line speed, and fluidity in his hips, turning and chasing downfield shouldn’t be a problem.
- Long, strong and fast, has a prototypical build for a press corner. He’s physical at the line of scrimmage, lining up under an opponent’s chin strap and consistently knocking receivers off their routes early thanks to quick, powerful hands.
- Has the change-of-direction ability to mirror underneath but did solid work out of press and off coverage.
- Has a tall frame and long arms, plus strong hands, giving him a huge catch radius.
- Shows good instincts when facing the action in zone coverage, and George has solid ball skills.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Susceptible to double moves, though that could be coached out of him. But the problem is that George doesn’t track the ball downfield, and he seems to lack the ball skills to break up plays.
- Lowers his shoulder for the big hit rather than wrapping up securely.
- Has suspect instincts in coverage and needs to show better pre snap recognition.
